It was an arena shooter a one of a kind with pretty good controls and Meh sound design. The last game I want to talk about is a game that died to early. Its a shame the second StarDrive went another direction from the first i didn't really like it as much. They has a large variety of maps as well and the largest ones were freaking huge. This game also had some pretty unique species it had bugs that used holograms to make them look like sexy space Elf's but when you walked up to them and took a closer look they looked like ugly bugs, Boring humans, Plant thing's, Samurai bears, mind controlling bug thing's that had enslaved small owls, bug robots and a few others it was a pretty amazing set of species. I normally played as the Bug robot guys I like the story of them once being bugs then being all Fuck normal bodies lets become robots, I always like stories like that. It also didn't help I really liked the ship build aspect of the game. It reminded me of Masters of Orion for some reason but i really liked the art and general aesthetics of this game. I clocked in 83 hours on this game, Mind you when it comes to 4x games that's kinda normal. Its a 4x Space game with diplomacy and ship building. The next game i want to talk about is StarDrive.
